この部分は確かに対日的です。

つまりこの記事は、最終的に、先進国に頼りすぎるのはやめよう、といっているのです。自分の足でたとう、と。
別段普通です。というか立派です。

ちなみに原文で中国という単語が出てくるのは、この二つの部分
